A New Week


Welcome to a new week! 

For me, Mondays are always a fun day - because I get to have yet another fresh start. I get to track my progress from the last week, and plan out the success for the next week. 

So, for this week, as my introduction into my new blog, I am going to post my exercise, food, and weight goals for this next week. And then next Sunday, I will see just how much I was able to accomplish.

Exercise:
30 min for 6 days with exercise video
Complete Week 1 of Couch to 5k
One day of rest

Food:
Stick to my Calorie allowance
Lower Sodium Intake

Weight:
3-4 lb loss


It's just everyday doing what everyday has to be done to reach the goal at the end of this week. Stay tuned!
